The staff were extremely friendly and attentive throughout my stay, always greeting me with warmth. However, I found the smaller room option a bit cramped for a longer stay, especially since it lacked a microwave. Also, the only complimentary coffee available was limited, just for Silver members, which felt a bit exclusive. The one working elevator had issues at times, causing longer waits. Overall, the hotel is a solid choice, but room options could be improved for extended stays.
